# Overview YouMinter is a Web3 social network in an easy-to-use iOS and Android app with an NFT feed, followers, and likes that opens up the world of NFT to everyone and is owned by its users. YouMinter allows users to easily mint (in other words - create) and transfer NFTs inside of the platform. We are backed and built on NEAR, which means maximum convenience and comfort for users. The technology is secure, simple, crystal clear, and guarantees you a safe and stable experience. We are doing everything on the fly and behind the scenes, thus, providing users with an effortless cognition of the NFT world. Moreover, thanks to NEAR Protocol, the cost of the transactions is almost free (the average gas fee of transactions in the NEAR Protocol blockchain is 0.001-0.01 NEAR). YouMinter aims to push millions of people to dive deeper into Web3 by showing all the pros of minting, selling & buying NFT, all while simultaneously hinging on the Social-Fi & Game-Fi aspects to build a long-lasting platform fostering user-generated Web 3.0 content. By taking advantage of YouMinter, users can build their communities, follow bloggers and artists, and communicate with all of them in one single place. Download an app** Download from [App Store](https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-store/id1591036487) or [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.youminter.com). **2. Sign-up for YouMinter** You will be able to sign up for YouMinter using your email address. You will receive a verification code that you need to key in to enter the app. **3. Create a new Wallet or connect the existing one** **Option 1.** By setting your username you also create a new wallet. The app will generate a 12-word secret phrase. This will be used to recover your Wallet if you uninstall the app. ***Important*** – Note this phrase and save it somewhere safe (Write it down physically and store it somewhere only you will have access to.) **Option2.** In case you have a NEAR wallet already, please enter its address and simply connect it by entering your Seed Phrase that was assigned to this wallet. ***Important notice:** The wallet you use in YouMinter is **non-custodial**, so we have no access to wallet's public or private keys. Users have full control over their assets.* Once the user has a Wallet, it’s time to claim your Camera. Camera is an in-app tool that allows users to post in YouMinter app. Each user gets one free level 1 Common Camera generated randomly. Once you claim a Camera you are ready to start your journey with YouMinter. Congrats! You are all set. # Game-Fi Elements # CameraBox & Genesis Cameras ### What are CameraBoxes and Genesis Cameras? Genesis CameraBoxes are distributed exclusively in the course of our NFT Sales. When opening CameraBox users get Genesis NFT Cameras they can use in the YouMinter app. Acquiring NFT CameraBoxes will give you an opportunity to unlock NFT Cameras that allow you to create NFT posts, convert non-NFT posts to NFT, and get more benefits inside the app. When opening CameraBox the user can get Common or Uncommon Genesis NFT Camera. There is a chance to get an Uncommon Genesis NFT Camera, which equals 5%. Every user gets one free level 1 Common non-NFT Camera generated randomly, which allows you to start posting right after the registration. ### Camera **Quality** There are five levels of Camera qualities, and each quality level has its own set and capacity of points that affect the overall facilities of the Camera. When a Camera is minted, the value of each Attribute will be chosen at random within the min. and max. values according to Camera quality. Only users with Cameras of Quality Level Uncommon and higher will be able to use Filters. ***Note:** All the details regarding Filters with all the required information will be revealed once this feature is implemented into the YouMinter app.* # Game-Fi Systems # Becoming NFT | Non-NFT Camera to NFT Camera #### Non-NFT Camera to NFT Camera Free Cameras received upon registration are non-NFT. In order to convert your Camera to NFT (mint NFT), users will have to upgrade Camera to a certain Level. The Camera will become a full NFT once the transaction (mint) is done, which takes seconds to proceed. ***Note: All the details of upgrade and Level Up Systems with all the required information will be revealed once these systems are implemented into the YouMinter app.*** #### Features with NFT Camera Once a non-NFT Camera is converted (minted) to NFT, users can turn their regular posts to NFTs. As well as create NFT posts straightaway. Another huge advantage of owning an NFT Camera is it allows you to take part in the in-app reward system based on [Ownership Economy](https://www.notion.so/Ownership-Economy-1182af290e5243978db456dc20d009a8) principles. # Becoming NFT | Regular Post to NFT #### Regular Post to NFT Every user of the YouMinter app receives a non-NFT Camera that can be used to create regular posts straightaway. This Camera can then be upgraded and converted to NFT, which allows user to convert their regular posts to NFT. User can convert to NFT only those posts that were created with the Camera that is then became NFT. The post will become a full NFT once the transaction (mint) is done, which takes seconds to proceed. ***Note:** All the details of upgrade and Level Up Systems with all the required information will be revealed once these systems are implemented into the YouMinter app.* # Earning System Earning System allows users to get ***Gems*** to level up their Cameras. The higher Camera Level the more rewards in the form of ***Gems*** users get. At the same time, reward’s coefficient and amount depend on the variety of factors of your post’s activity and your Camera quality. Here are just some of them: * amount of likes your post gets; * number of followers you have; * Camera Quality Level; * Camera Level; * etc. Gems are no token, they can not be traded, sold, bought, transferred, or staked. ***Note:** All the details of Earning System with all the required information will be revealed once the system is implemented into the YouMinter app.* # Ownership Economy Ownership Economy is a separate pool of tokens, which is used for vesting by community members/application users. This pool will be distributed among all users who register in the application and fulfill certain conditions in the future. Period for a 100% unlock of all these tokens is **5 years**. The pool size is predetermined and is equal to **25 million UMINT tokens** (50% of all UMINT tokens). As a result, this entire pool will be distributed among community members who, based on certain conditions, will fall into this pool (so-called Whitelist). ***Note:** Earning System that is based on Ownership Economy is not available yet, and will go live soon.* # Ranking System Each user of YouMinter will be assigned a certain Rank based on their ***achievements** and **activity*** in the app. To qualify for a Rank, a player is required to meet a certain criteria that mirror the main mechanics and activities in YouMinter. The higher the Rank is, the tougher the requirements get. The goal behind the Ranking System is to give the active users of YouMinter an opportunity to add more involvement into the in-app processes, set goals for the future and adapt the in-app strategy accordingly. Moreover, thus users can see the results of the work put in. Ranking System will definitely improve users’ experience and motivate them to progress and score higher rank to get more benefits if terms of a reward system based on Ownership Economy. Meaning, the higher your rank, the more rewards you get. ***Note:** All the details of Ranking system with all the required information will be revealed once the system is implemented into the YouMinter app.* # Decentralized Wallet Wallet is a space inside the YouMinter app where users can check their available NEAR and UMINT balance. To deposit NEAR or UMINT tokens to your wallet, simply copy its address by clicking on it and transfer any desired amount of NEAR or UMINT tokens using any approved financial institution. ***Important notice:** The wallet you use in YouMinter is **non-custodial**, so we have no access to wallet's public or private keys. The YouMinter team retains 1,983,332 (4%), while 500,000 (1%) goes to the advisors.
